The system adopts continuously variable displacement from 0% to 100%. The displacement will decrease as air consumption decreases. Simultaneously, the electric current will also drop. When air consumption stops, the air compressor will automatically stop after operating for a while without air injection. When air consumption increases, the air compressor will return to work, achieving the optimal energy efficiency.

Good adaptability to various environments

With an exceptional refrigerant system built in, the product applies to environments with high temperatures and high levels of humidity. With excellent vibration isolation and noise reduction, the installation of Kaishan’s Screw Air Compressor does not require a designated space. These air compressors can be installed as long as minimal ventilation and maintenance space are reserved.

Design features of screw rotary:

I. Fully engaging “curved interfaces”, it enables fluid film lubrication to form, lowering cross leakage of the contact belts, while improving the efficiency of the air compressor. Meanwhile, it also improves the operating and testing performance of rotors.

II. The design features “big rotors and bearings at a low speed”. The rotational speed is lower than products of other brands, which may reduce noise levels and vibration, lower the temperature of displacement, and improve the rigidity of the rotors. As a result, the service life is extended, and the sensitivity to impurity as well as oil and carbide substances is reduced.

III. The power range falls between 4 kW and 355 kW. Amongst which, 18.5 kW to 250 kW is for direct drive without the gearbox; 200 kW and 250 kW are for direct drive of four-stage engines with a rotational speed as low as 1,480 RPM.
